Smartlead is the cold email sending platform our campaigns run on. On 25 August 2026 they published a case study on Tirvio, and those recruiting numbers open this page, quoted as published. Below them: the client engines, one by one, from our own delivery data, down to a wall of companies we have booked meetings with.
Sascha Lang is listed as a Smartlead Certified Partner. Co-founders of Vakanzio, the motion behind 100+ recruiting firms.

Smartlead is the platform our campaigns send from, and have for four years. Their case study on Tirvio is not a testimonial we wrote and asked someone to sign. It was written and published by the company whose platform carries our sending volume, which is why we treat it as third-party validation rather than our own marketing.
The piece covers the Recruiter Pipeline Engine for US and UK recruiting and staffing firms, the Vakanzio motion behind it (the same outreach motion that powers 100+ recruiting firms), and two recruiting campaigns in detail.
Two recruiting campaigns, two different firms, two different results. Smartlead published both. We quote them as published and we do not blend them into one number.
A small boutique recruiting firm. The campaign brought in more work than the firm could deliver, so it paused. In Sascha's words in the article: "At that point we unfortunately had to stop because they couldn't fulfill anymore. It was like a small boutique shop, but it worked really well."
Two things to know: these figures are quoted from Sascha in the article, not taken from a platform dashboard, and they are one firm's numbers, not a rate we promise anyone.

Candidate-profile outbound to hiring companies in the finance and sales/BD niches, run end to end on our engine: list building, campaigns, reply handling. Kravo operates in the German-speaking market, and the 6 clients come from those campaigns.

We co-founded Vakanzio, the German SaaS that runs the job-posting-to-hiring-manager outreach motion for 100+ recruiting firms. The Recruiter Pipeline Engine is that playbook, run for you in the US and UK.
Deliverability, warmup and reply handling at volume is our day job. Smartlead's article puts the figure at roughly 100,000 sends per week, live in production.
We used the same motion for our own client acquisition and signed 4 retained recruiting clients in one month.
The campaigns in the case study ran on Smartlead, and so does the engine we build for clients. Sascha Lang is listed as a Smartlead Certified Partner.

Everything in the case study ran on the engine we build for US and UK recruiting firms: the list, the copy, the infrastructure, the reply handling, the booking. You do not buy that engine on the strength of someone else's numbers.
Three volume tiers: Launch, up to 1,000 new messages per day ($3,500/month), Scale, up to 2,000 per day ($6,000/month), and Dominate, up to 5,000 per day ($11,000/month). Data, domains, copy, sending, replies and booking, all handled by us.
30 days' notice either side after the initial term. Volumes are ceilings, not quotas: we send as much as we can while keeping reply rates high and domains healthy, and we recommend the tier that fits your ICP, deal size and capacity on the fit call.
Every niche and region responds differently, which is why we only take on firms where we see a clear path to a steady cadence, and say so straight when we do not. By the end of the 90 days, most firms are on a cadence of 8–12 qualified hiring-client meetings per month from outbound alone.
Background: before Tirvio, Sascha Lang, an ex Y Combinator founder, ran outbound for more than 50 startups, including 11 YC-backed companies: 132 meetings for Secfix, 59 meetings in three months for Langdock (YC S23), 300+ product signups in a single month for Blosto. Source: Smartlead Certified Partner profile. His previous agency Operatana is also featured in an official Smartlead case study: 1.2 million+ cold emails in 6 months, 400+ positive replies, 100+ meetings for 4 clients in 4 to 5 months. That track record now runs as the B2B SaaS Outbound Engine.
The recruiting numbers above are published by Smartlead. The client engines below come from our own delivery data: Smartlead exports, meeting lists and weekly reports. Built and run by Sascha and the team at Operatana, his previous agency, between 2024 and 2025. Same operator, same playbook, now running as Tirvio's B2B SaaS Outbound Engine.
Langdock had a product German mid-market and enterprise teams needed, but no scalable outbound channel. We built the full cold email infrastructure and, in Q4 2024, the company's first predictable meeting channel. Over a third of the meetings were with companies above 1,000 employees: federal institutions, Big 4 consulting, health insurers, utilities and logistics groups.
Secfix sells ISO 27001 automation to mid-market companies across DACH and Europe. A market with Vanta, Drata and Dataguard as competitors, and buyers who rarely go looking. Over 14 months we ran cold email across Germany, Switzerland and Austria; 12 meetings turned into paying customers, including a payments provider, a medical software vendor and a logistics platform.
CGM (8,700 employees, backed by CVC since 2025) needed to win medical and dental practices for its online booking product. Practices barely read email, rarely reply, and are extremely price sensitive. The lever was messaging: a new angle built around the appointment booking paradox produced almost 4x more qualified replies than the standard pitch, and several hundred practices with concrete interest were handed to CGM's sales team.
Hardware and electronics buyers are among the hardest to reach by email. We generated 30 positive replies in six weeks, 13 of them direct meeting requests, from companies like Desktop Metal, Universal Audio and teenage engineering.
Outbound to online retailers and consumer brands across the US, UK and Australia. 10 meetings booked in three months, including founders and executives at Razor USA, ipsy and Unstoppable Domains.
Mailmodo (YC, Sequoia Surge) got US enterprise meetings including AI and risk-tech companies, billed per meeting in that engagement.
StackAI (YC W23) was acquired by Asana for $75M in 2026. Before that, we booked their outbound meetings with US enterprise buyers.
Earlier engagements, built as Operatana, where teams took the system in-house. Today's Tirvio engines are done-for-you only: we run them end to end, you take the calls.
autarc (software for heat pump installers) needed a predictable way to reach HVAC businesses, an audience that rarely sits at a desk. We built the entire system: infrastructure, sequences, lead routing and automated KPI reports straight into the team's Slack. Every interested business lands with the right rep within seconds. Around 70 positive replies in the first 10 weeks, booked by autarc's own team. The first UK test produced 6 interested installers in 3 days.
Gitpod (cloud development environments) wanted to run cold email in house instead of outsourcing it. We set up infrastructure, domains, inboxes and sequences, and coached the team in parallel. After 4 weeks the system was fully in Gitpod's hands, with no ongoing dependency on us.
Additional outbound systems built for PowerUs (General Catalyst, Eurazeo), Tacto, Kertos, Bounti, Hey Telo (YC W25), Taloflow (YC W21), Povio (YC W14), FoxInsights and TagMango (YC).
Booked meetings only, never "interested" replies, and no client attribution.
